The Mobile World Congress (MWC), where Samsung's new top-of-the-line smartphone is announced every year, has been quietly silent for the first day. At the press conference held on the first day of MWC 2017, Samsung not only mentioned the new tablet Galaxy Tab S3 but the Galaxy S8.
